Vacancy Description:

This established and expanding asbestos company that provides various asbestos services to clients is actively seeking for a good calibre and tenacious Asbestos Administrator to work for their busy office in Central Belt of Scotland and will include applications from Glasgow, East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire and the surrounding areas.


Ideally, the applicant must have good formal education and must significant experience working within this role - administrative and office environment and within the asbestos industry.

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must have good organizational, presentational and client facing skills.

Must be competent in using the Microsoft office Package.


Key Role Will Encompass:

Providing administrative services to the management team and staff.

Keeping up with the records and filing systems and ensuring confidentiality is maintained.

Collating documents for the company's clients and ensuring that it gets dispatched within time frame.

Dealing with calls and any other queries.

Organizing labour - allocation of jobs.

Inputting of information into Database.

Pricing of works completed and invoicing.

Chasing paper work as and when required.

Providing effective control of the company's documents and ensuring compliance - that is ASB5s and Method Statements, etc.

Maintaining any work carried out - filling the forms appropriately.

Running the office in an effective manner.

Dealing with staff and accounts and contractors.

Issuing documentation to clients as and when required - liaising with clients.

Getting involved with any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
