Vacancy Description:

Our client is a large, progressive and fast growing water hygiene/legionella company operating throughout the UK and at the same time providing various services such like legionella, water hygiene and water treatment to a mixed portfolio of clients.


Due to current strategic state of the business, they actively seeking for an ambitious and commercially focused Water Hygiene/Legionella Operations Manager in the North West and will include applications Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire and the surrounding areas.


The successful candidate must come from a strong technical, chemical, operational, commercial, management, accounts/remedial and sales background and must have proven track record working within this role and within the water treatment/water hygiene/legionella industry. Significant experience is required for this role.

Must be fully conversant the water hygiene/legionella industry and legislation.

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, good people management, organizational and presentational and leadership skills.


Key Role:

Running the business - hit the ground running.

Managing the staff/teams - training and developing the staff, setting up management systems.

Managing staff/team/consultants on site and ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the Health and Safety procedures

Running contracts and coordinating - providing quotations and tenders to the highest level.

Ensuring that targets are achieved - profit and loss.

Building and maintaining good relationship with clients from all levels.

Getting involved with training of staff and recruitment.

Improving productivity and efficiency.

Managing accounts and clients effectively.

Promoting and growing their business rapidly.


Overall, the successful applicant will have the ability to deliver on good commercial results and take the business to the next step.


Must have the ability to multi task and work under pressure.
