Due to recent workload, this thriving and expanding water treatment company is currently seeking to employ an experienced Water Treatment Administrator in the Lincolnshire area.Minimum requirements for this role:- Must have the relevant experience of working in an office environment and within the water treatment/hygiene field.- Have the ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise workloads and carry out general administrative duties.- Will also have accounts/payroll experience, purchasing, book keeping, VAT Returns etc.- Will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Be proficient in the Microsoft Office package.- A good telephone manner and the ability to work on own initiative and under pressure.Key tasks and duties will include:- Supporting Directors and Managers with administration tasks, accounts, reports and quotations.- Answering and dealing with telephone calls professionally and confidentially.- Scanning and saving documents.- - Invoicing.- Providing outstanding customer service to new and existing clients.This is a good opportunity to join a company that offers a competitive salary along with other benefits.Future Select are recruiting in the Water Treatment/Hygiene Industry, we work with the best clients & candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the market.We would be interested in speaking to candidates with experience in any disciplines from Risk Assessors, Service Engineers, Accounts Manager, and Business Development/Operational Managers through to Director level.
