Vacancy Description:

Our client is a multi-disciplinary organization and enjoys the reputation of delivering various professional advice and technical support services on a broad range of Asbestos, Occupational Hygiene, Water Hygiene, Health & safety disciplines.


Due to continuous growth of the business, they are eagerly looking for a self-motivated Regional Legionella Consultant to work for them in and around the Yorkshire area and will include applications form Huddersfield, Doncaster, Bradford and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

Ideally, the individual will come from a strong chemical, engineering, legionella, consultancy and water treatment background.

Must possess the P901/P902 certificates or the equivalent and will have a Science degree - Engineering.

Must have extensive and varied experience working within role and within the water treatment industry/water hygiene that is managing projects, carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments and managing Quality Systems.


Key Responsibilities:

Providing effective services to the company's high profile clients.

Ensuring documents are managed and controlled in accordance ISO 9001 ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and LCA - auditing.

Carrying out technical reviews - Risk assessments and ensuring that staff and clients are provided with right information.

Getting involved with tender reports produced by the company's Bid Team.

Staff allocation.

Supervising and mentoring Water Treatment Consultant Consultants and ensuring that they carry out the work effectively and smoothly.

Getting involved with auditing and reviews with regards to contract requirements, etc.

Managing programmes of the water services and projects that is clients and staff and ensuring that work is carried out appropriately and delivered within time scale.

Managing Legionella Risk Assessors and dealing with issues appropriately.

Working well within the business and at the same time promoting the water services projects.

Providing technical and commercial proposals to customers/clients.

Providing accurate reports that are audit findings, actions taken and solutions.

Building and maintaining good rapport with the company's mixed and high profile clients.


In general, the successful candidate will be focused, astute, versatile and have the ability to work effectively and smart.
