Job Description
Job Title: Asbestos Administrator.
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £20k – £26k + Training + Benefits
A specialist Asbestos Consultancy, are now looking for an enthusiastic and personable Asbestos Administrator to join their friendly their team in South Yorkshire. The client is looking for someone with well-rounded experience within the asbestos industry. The role can be built around the successful candidates current skill set, with support and further training offered where needed. The ideal person will be proactive and flexible, with good customer service skills and able to prioritise work load in line with business needs. Our client can offer hybrid working for the right candidate.
Consideration will be given to candidate from: Sheffield, Rotherham, Chesterfield, Barlborough, Dinnington, Conisbrough, Hatfield, Barnsley, Wakefield, Dewsbury, Leeds, Batley, Pontefract, Castleford.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have a strong administrative background, ideally within the Asbestos industry.
” Professional and polite with excellent customer service skills.
” Will ideally hold BOHS P402 (beneficial not essential).
” Experience carrying out Quality checking duties.
” Will be IT literate, confident in using internal systems.
” Keen eye for detail, and excellent organisational skills.
” Able to work well as a team and independently.
The Role:
” Logging all incoming jobs enquiries onto internal systems.
” Booking in asbestos work for site staff.
” Arranging accommodation for staff working area.
” Liaising with clients to confirm works to be carried out.
” Ensuring all information is inputted to internal systems and kept up to date.
” Quality checking surveying reports, liaising with surveyors to correct any mistakes.
” Creating site plans using AutoCAD,
” Labelling of ACMs.
” Submitting reports to clients.
” Raising purchase orders and invoices upon completion of works.
” Carrying out other administrative duties e.g, filing, scanning documents.
