Job Description

Our client, a well-established and successful name in the asbestos industry is currently looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Administrator to join their busy office in and around the Chelmsford area. The successful candidate will ideally have worked in a similar position in the asbestos industry with experience scheduling site staff and processing paperwork. Applications from Brentwood, Southend-on-Sea, Grays, Billericay and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications and experience:

Must have admin experience in an asbestos environment.
Will have good formal qualifications.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Key Duties:

Prioritise own workload.
Liaise with staff and clients on a regular basis.
Entering data, analysing and checking reports.
Completing and uploading asbestos surveying, contracts, reports.
Dealing with internal and external databases and offering technical help where required.
Answering the phone and dealing with any issues effectively.

In general, the successful candidate will be a good team player whilst having a positive work ethic.
