Job Description

Due to continued success, our client an established asbestos company providing a wide range of asbestos and environmental services to clients nationwide are now urgently seeking a competent and experienced Asbestos Administrator based in and around the Loughborough area. The ideal applicant will come from a similar role within the asbestos industry with excellent organisational skills and experience undertaking tasks such as scheduling site staff and works as well as processing paperwork. Applications from Nottingham, Burton-on-Trent, Nuneaton, Tamworth and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:

Previous administrative experience within an office, customer service and asbestos environment.
Be highly organised with the ability to multi task.
Proficient in IT.
Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent telephone manner.
The ability to work well under pressure.

Role & responsibilities:

Ensure high levels of customer services are delivered.
Accurate data entry skills.
To carry out all administrative tasks, booking appointments, produce and type up asbestos reports, filing time sheets etc.
Support and work with other departments when deemed necessary.
Any other administrative tasks as required.
