Job Title: Asbestos Administrator / Report Checker.
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £32k + Training + Benefits

Due to consistent business growth, we have a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy who are now seeking to employ an Asbestos Administrator / Report Checker to join their friendly office in West Yorkshire. You will be joining a busy office working alongside an established team of administrators, you will be expected to liaise with site staff, ensuring information on reports is accurate, rectifying any mistakes, and proof reading prior to sending to clients. Alongside this you will be supporting management, liaising with clients to confirm work to be carried out and booking accommodation for staff working away. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Leeds, Wakefield, Batley, Morley, Huddersfield. Halifax, Dewsbury, Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster, Sheffield.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Holding the BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) would be beneficial to the role.
” Working within an administrative role for an Asbestos Company would be beneficial to the role.
” Will be IT literate.
” Excellent communication skills.
” Able to organise workload efficiently, in line with company needs.
” Will be able to work well under pressure.

The Role:
” Liaising with asbestos staff, gathering information to complete reports and rectify any mistakes found.
” Proofreading reports, ensuring technical accuracy prior to sending to clients.
” Working from an internal database, entering all incoming jobs accurately.
” Liaising with clients to confirm work to be carried out.
” Booking staff onto asbestos works and arranging accommodation.
” Ensuring internal systems are kept up to date and all information is entered correctly.
” Raising purchase orders and invoices upon completion of works.
” Submitting completed reports to clients.
” Providing effective document control.
” Ensuring smooth day to day running of the office.
” Carrying out general administrative duties e.g., answering the phone, making calls, sending emails, scanning, and filing documents.
