Job Title: Asbestos Administrator / Report Writer.
Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £28k + Training + Benefits

We are working closely with a well-known Asbestos Consultancy who are looking to recruit an Asbestos Administrator / Report Writer to join their established office within the North West. You will be a part of a busy and rapidly growing office, working closely with asbestos staff, ensuring that information on the reports is accurate and amending prior to sending to clients. You will also be providing support to internal management and scheduling in work and appointment’s for staff. Our client is offering excellent holiday allowance, company pension and opportunity for further training for the successful candidate.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Farnworth, Worsley, Leigh, Eccles, Manchester, Stretford, Bury, Rochdale, Wigan, Altringham, Stockport, St Helens, Warrington.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have experience working within the Asbestos industry, working within a busy office environment, writing technical reports.
” Will have excellent technical knowledge and understanding of asbestos guidelines.
” Will have excellent organisational skills, able to work well under pressure.
” Able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.

The Role:
” Carrying out technical report writing.
” Liaising with asbestos staff to gather information to complete reports, ensuring information is accurate, and querying any mistakes.
” Using TEAMS / TRACKER system to input all information collected from site to generate reports.
” Scheduling in work and appointments for asbestos staff.
” Liaising with lab staff to chase up samples.
” Liaising with the companies finance team, providing completed reports prior to raising invoices.
” Providing support to management.
” Carrying out general administrative duties e.g., scanning, filing, answering / making phone calls.
” Liaising with clients, dealing with any queries.
