Our client is a reputable asbestos consultancy known for delivering asbestos analytical duties to a varied and high-profile client base. They currently seek an experienced and dedicated Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Romford area. The ideal applicant will hold the P403/4 asbestos qualifications with considerable experience carrying out a wide range of asbestos air-monitoring duties as well as site audits on various site types. Consideration will be given to applications from Brentwood, Grays, Enfield, Dartford and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

The individual must have attained the P403 and P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualifications.
Will have significant experience working as an asbestos analyst within the asbestos industry.
Confident in under-taking a wide range of asbestos air monitoring duties to a missed portfolio of sites.
Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Will be fully conversant with the Health & Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.
Must have good client facing and organisational skills.

Key responsibilities:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearance, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Overseeing contractors on site and ensuring that they adhere with the Health and Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.
Carrying out site audits.
Building and maintaining a good rapport with the clients.
Producing comprehensive reports as and when required.

The successful candidate will possess both strong asbestos analytical experience as well as a proactive and adaptable approach to their work.
