Our client is currently offering a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Asbestos Lab Analyst to join their rapidly expanding asbestos consultancy in and around the Nottingham area. The ideal candidate will hold the P401 certificate as well as considerable experience carrying out bulk analysis on asbestos samples. Applications would be considered from Wolverhampton, Derby, Telford, Burton-on-Trent and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must have attained the P401 qualification.
Previous experience working in a laboratory/office environment within the asbestos industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Package.
Attention to detail.

Role:

Receive and appropriately log in samples received.
Prepare samples and carry out analysis of samples for fibre content.
Complete analysis test sheets.
Assist with any other lab/office duties as required.
