Our client is a successful and well-established asbestos company with a large portfolio of clients nationwide, due to current expansion they now urgently need to employ an experienced and motivated Asbestos Operations Manager in the South East region. Applications from London, Kent, Surrey, Essex, Sussex and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:

The post holder must come from a good educational, technical, sales, operational, consultancy, management and commercial background.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Must have previous experience working in the asbestos industry in a commercial director role.
Competent with Microsoft office package.
Will have a good understanding of asbestos, health & safety and fire.

Key Responsibilities:

To help in the development and growth of the business.
Developing commercial strategy nationwide.
Supporting the operational side of the business.
Ensuring contract operations are co-ordinated with clients.
Producing method statements, risk assessments, tenders, quotations and other relevant paperwork.
Training and supporting the team and managing the office.
Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the relevant Health and Safety and company procedures.
Managing existing contracts and help establish new ones.
Build & maintain a professional working relationship with a large portfolio of clients.

Ideally, the individual will be a strong and confident team member with the ability to take the business forward.
