Job Description

Our client is an established specialist asbestos consultancy, who due to continued success are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Asbestos Project Manager to join their busy team in the London Area. The successful candidate will hold the P402/3/4 qualifications and extensive hands on asbestos site experience and project management. Consideration will be given to strong asbestos surveyor / analysts looking to take a step up. Applications Harrow, Epsom, Romford, Bromley and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:

The individual will ideally hold the CoCA qualification or the P402, P403, P404 or the W504 qualifications.
Ideally come from a strong technical and management background.
Previous experience of working in this role within the asbestos industry is essential.
Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Will be fully conversant with the asbestos industry and legislation.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office package.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide asbestos consultancy to clients in accordance with all legislative and in-house procedures.
Supporting the Quality/Technical Manager with the business.
Participate in training and mentoring the analysts, surveyors and lab analysts.
Liaise with clients/customers on a regular basis.
Comply with all company quality and technical procedures.
Carry out site audits and report analytical findings.
Collate & produce comprehensive reports as required.
Ensure work is carried out effectively and appropriately.
Update databases, produce management plans, quotations and check reports.
