A client based and highly successful asbestos consultancy that enjoys in providing high quality and professional services to clients is actively seeking for a self-motivated, competent and committed Asbestos Project Manager based in and around the London area. Undertaking daily tasks such as Overseeing staff, Getting involved with producing quotes/tenders, and providing technical advice to clients. Applications from Southend-on-Sea, Basildon, Ashford, Maidstone and the surrounding areas will be taken into consideration.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must hold the P402/P403/P404 or the S301/CCP qualifications or any other qualifications pertaining to the role and having the Health & Safety qualification or experience would be beneficial.

Must have hands on experience in asbestos surveying.

Must come from a strong management, auditing, technical, office and project management background.

Must have excellent communication, people management and client facing skills.

Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office skills.

Must have significant experience in providing consultancy services to clients.

Must have experience with producing specifications, tenders and procedures, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing staff – Asbestos Surveyors.

Getting involved with tenders and quotes and providing technical advice to the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.

Allocation of jobs.

Ensuring work is carried out effectively and within time frame.

Getting involved with risks assessment and any other issues appropriately.

Getting involved with auditing, company polices, etc.

Key Performance Indicators.

Filling in forms and as and when required.

Training staff as and when required.

Liaising with clients on a regular basis – building and maintaining a good working relationship.

Working on site as and when required.

In general, the successful applicant will be versatile, have good work ethos and have the ability to manage running the business effectively.
