They are currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially focused Asbestos Sales/Business Development Manager to develop and grow their portfolio of commercial and industrial contracts across the London area. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working as a business development manager within the asbestos industry and will have a proven track record of managing and developing a large portfolio of new and existing clients. Consideration will be given to applications from Watford, Basildon, Slough, Epsom and the surrounding areas.
Qualifications & Experience:
Must have a strong educational, sales, business development, management and technical background.
Experience in a business development role within the asbestos industry is essential.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Manage existing accounts whilst sourcing new ones.
Get involved with the sales, commercial and financial side of the business – promoting the company’s asbestos services.
Produce quotations and submit tenders.
Develop and monitor business forecasts and budgets.
Maintain a professional relationship with clients/customers.
Achieving targets and goals.
Development of staff by providing mentoring, further training etc.
Developing plans for new clients and suppliers – contracts or services.
