Due to current state and strategic business needs, they are now looking for a smart enthusiastic, commercially focused and self-driven Asbestos Sales Manager in the South Central area and will include applications from London, Oxfordshire, Surrey and the surrounding counties.
The individual must come from a good educational background.
Must have excellent communication, people management, leadership, sales, accounts, management, technical, presentation and client-facing skills.
Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Must be well versed with the asbestos industry.
Must have a proven track record working within this role and within the asbestos industry.
Cross selling the company’ asbestos services to a cross section of clients across the UK and at the same time managing the company’s existing accounts.
Managing the sales team and staff and clients – tending to their requirements.
Preparing quotes efficiently – have the ability to manage own workload and at the same time achieving targets and goals.
Dealing with tender quotes and preparing PPQ’s documents, etc.
Getting involved with the Key Performance Indicators.
Liaising with the company’s large and mixed portfolio of clients.
Identifying and pursuing new business leads – researching.
Networking – contacting clients and building a good rapport with them.
Getting involved with quotations, proposals and KPI’s.
Overseeing sales staff and ensuring that they carry out the work effectively.
Attending meetings and delivering presentations as and when required with regards to sales.
Liaising with potential customers/clients and informing them of the company’s services.
Providing a feedback to the senior members of staff.
Building new sales strategies.
Meeting targets and goals.
Profit and loss.
Keeping up with current legislation.
Dealing with issues effectively and appropriately.
The successful post-holder will be astute and have the ability to take the business to the next level.
