Due to consistent and strategic state of the business, this prestigious and fast growing asbestos company with a nationwide presence and at the same time providers of a wide range of asbestos services and environmental services is eager to recruit a self-driven and commercially focused Asbestos Sales/Business Development Manager in the South West and will include applications from South Gloucestershire, Somerset, Wiltshire and the surrounding areas.
Experience & Skills:
The successful candidate must come from a strong technical, sales, management and commercial background, although they would consider other backgrounds and must have a proven track record working within this role and within the asbestos industry.
Will be fully conversant with the asbestos industry.
Will have good communication, people management, client-facing, organizational, presentational and IT skills.
Cross-selling the company’s services – asbestos and environmental, etc. , to a cross section of clients including commercial and private sectors across the UK.
Managing clients and team/staff and tending to their requirements.
Dealing with tender quotes and preparing PPQ’s documents, etc.
Managing the company’s existing accounts whilst still and winning new contracts.
Ensuring that targets and goals are achieved.
Overseeing sales staff.
Liaising and building a good rapport with clients.
The successful candidate will be astute and have acumen to play a great part in taking the business to the next level.
