Job Title: Asbestos Scheduler / Project Co-ordinator.
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £28k + Training + Benefits
We have a position for an Asbestos Scheduler / Project Co-ordinator to join a forward thinking and established Environmental Consultancy in the North East region. This role would suit someone with excellent organisational skills as you will be responsible for scheduling work for a varied client base, as well as assigning staff appropriately to work. Alongside undertaking scheduling duties, you will also be responsible for project coordination including; managing frame works, creating site drawings, and acting as first point of call for clients. The ideal candidate will come from an administrative / co-ordination background for a busy Asbestos Company and can easily adapt to working in a busy environment.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Sunderland, Gateshead, Seaham, Hebburn, South Shields, Washington, Whitley Bay, Durham, Spennymoor, Peterlee, Consett, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar, Darlington.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have a strong administrative / project co-ordination background within an established Asbestos Company.
” Will have a keen eye for detail.
” Excellent IT skills, able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Excellent communication skills via phone, email, face to face.
” Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environments.
” Able to organise workload efficiently.
The Role:
” Efficently and accurately logging jobs onto internal systems.
” Scheduling work to be carried out across Healthcare, Housing, Industrial, and Commercial sites.
” Liaising with clients and colleagues, confirming work to be carried out.
” Efficiently co-ordinating projects.
” Receiving information from site staff, typing up final reports ensuring to proofread prior to sending to clients.
” Arranging accommodation when required.
” Managing frameworks and forecasting work completion.
” Ensuring all internal systems are accurate and up to date.
” Providing day-to-day support to internal management.
” Acting as first point of call for clients, dealing with any issues efficiently.
” Using TEAMS.
” Creating site drawings using industry relevant systems.
” Producing end of month reports for management.
” Carrying out general administrative duties e.g., making / answering phone calls, sending emails, scanning, filing documents.
