Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £38k + Training + Benefits

A well respected and established UKAS Accredited Asbestos Consultancy with a national presence are now recruiting for an experienced P403, P404 qualified Asbestos Site Analyst. The successful candidate will be working on Industrial, Commercial, Educational, Social Housing and Retail sites carrying out the full range of site analytical services, ensuring to work in line with HSG 248 guidelines. You will also be responsible for producing detailed site-specific sites based on analytical findings using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: St Helens, Birkenhead, Wallasey, Bolton, Bury, Blackpool, Preston, Rochdale, Oldham, Manchester, Stockport, Warrington, Macclesfield, Buxton, Crewe, Chester.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold industry recognised qualifications e.g., BOHS P403. P404 or RSPH equivalent.
” Experience working hands on for UKAS accredited Asbestos consultancy as a site analyst.
” Able to communicate well via phone, email, face to face.
” Well versed in HSG 248 guidelines.
” Able to work well in line with company and client guidelines.

The Role:

” Carrying out stage 4 stage clearances, smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air monitoring.
” Visiting Industrial, Commercial, Social Housing, Retail and Educational sites.
” Carrying out work in line with HSG 248 guidelines.
Using TEAMS / TRACKER to produce detailed site-specific reports.
” Carrying out audits on contractors on site.
” Liaising with clients
