Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst
Location: Romford, Essex.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £36k + Training + Benefits

We have a busy and successful Asbestos Consultancy who are now seeking to employ an Asbestos Site Analyst to cover various Commercial, Healthcare, and Industrial sites. The company is looking for someone who is diligent and hardworking, holds the BOHS P403, P404 qualifications and is able to carry out the full range of analytical tasks. The client works on long term removal projects and can also offer the option to work on static sites to ensure a more stable work / life balance.
Consideration will be given to candidate from: Dartford, Gravesend, Chatham, Croydon, Maidstone, Epsom, Reigate, Basildon, Brentwood, Cheshunt, Enfield, Woking, Guildford, Windsor, Tonbridge ,Gillingham, Canterbury, Crawley, Slough, High Wycome, Southend-on-Sea.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold the BOHS P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent (Essential)
” Previous / current experience working for a UKAS accredited company would be beneficial to the role.
” Well versed in relevant HSG 248 guidelines.
” Will be familiar with industry related systems (TEAMS / TRACKER).

Covering Commercial, Industrial and Healthcare sites, delivering analytical duties including but not limited to:
” 4 Stage clearances, smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
” Producing re-occupation certificates.
” Undertaking audits on site.
” Carry out visual re-inspection upon completion of work.
” Working with external removal contractors and ensuring safe working practices.
” Carrying out work in line with HSG 248.
” Continuing to provide a professional and high-quality service to clients.
