Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst.
Location: Southampton, Hampshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k + Training + Benefits

A long-standing Asbestos Consultancy who offers the full spectrum of Asbestos services are now in the market for an Asbestos Site Analyst. Working on Commercial, Industrial, and Local Authority sites across the South Coast. Experience carrying out 4 stage clearances, personal, background and re-occupation air monitoring is essential to the role, alongside producing certificates of re-occupation to clients and working in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines. For the successful candidate, our client is offering training and development into further P cert modules, pension contributions and competitive holiday allowance.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: East Leigh, Petersfield, Winchester, Fareham, Portsmouth, Gosport, Worthing, Hove, Brighton, Bournemouth, Poole, Chichester, Alton, Basingstoke, Crawley, Reigate, Guildford, Woking, Horsham, Haslemere, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Eastbourne, Hastings, Bexhill.

Experience & Qualifications:
” BOHS P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
” Experience as a site analyst for an established company would be beneficial to the role.
” Will be well verse in relevant Health and Safety legislations.
” Comfortable using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Ideally IT literate.
The Role:
” Carrying out background, re-occupation, leak, reassurance, and personal air monitoring across Industrial, Commercial and Local Authority sites.
” 4 stage clearances.
” Supervising and liaising with asbestos contractors on site.
” Carrying out visual re-inspections upon completion of work.
” Carrying out audits on site in line with client needs.
” Producing certificates of re-occupation.
” Ensuring work is being carried out in line with relevant H&S legislations.
” Producing detailed reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
