This highly successful UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy that covers a diverse range of services, including asbestos management, surveys, air-monitoring and other services is actively for a competent, committed and multi-skilled Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Bradford area and will include applications from Wakefield, Huddersfield, Leeds, Barnsley and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

The individual must hold the P403/P404 qualifications or the equivalent – RSPH qualifications and at the same time must have significant experience working within role and within the asbestos parameter..

Must be well versed with the Health & Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.

Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearances and re-occupation and personal air testing on various properties

Overseeing asbestos contractors on site and ensuring that they adhere with the Health & Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.

Producing comprehensive reports as and when required.

Liaising with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients on a regular basis.

Must be flexible with regards to travelling to sites as per client’s requirements.
