Our client is an industry-leading name who provide specialist services to a varied client base throughout the UK. They are currently recruiting for an experienced and committed Asbestos Site Analyst to join their team based in and around the Dartford area. The ideal applicant will hold the P403/4 asbestos qualification and will have hands on experience carrying out asbestos air-monitoring duties on a range of site types. Applications from Ilford, Bromley, Mitcham, Croydon, and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must have attained the P403/P404 asbestos qualifications or the equivalent RSPH qualifications.
Must have significant and varied experience working within this role within the asbestos sector.
Must be fully conversant with the Health & Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.
Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Must be competent in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Must have good client-facing and organisational skills.

Duties within the role:

Carrying out smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearances, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Supervising the contractors on site and ensuring that they carry out the work in accordance with the Asbestos Health and Safety legislation.
Producing comprehensive and accurate asbestos reports.
Liaising with clients on a regular basis – building/maintaining a good professional rapport.
Addressing any issues effectively and appropriately.

Overall, the successful candidate will be flexible and reliable and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Prospective applicants must be prepared to be flexible with regards to travelling.
