Our client is a well-established UKAS asbestos consultancy, with a large portfolio of commercial and industrial contracts throughout the UK. They are currently recruiting for an experienced and hard-working Asbestos Site Analyst based in or around the Edinburgh area. Considerations will be given to applicants based Leith, Cramond. Danderhill and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & experience:

Possess the P403 and P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience working as a site analyst within the asbestos sector.
Good communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.

Role:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual and re-occupation and personal air testing on various properties. Overseeing contractors on site ensuring they comply with asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Collate information and produce comprehensive reports.
Building a strong working relationship with the company’s large portfolio of clients.
