Our client is a well-established asbestos consultancy offering a wide range of specialised asbestos and environmental services to clients across the UK. They are now recruiting for an experienced and well-versed Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Gloucester area. Consideration will be given to applications from Cirencester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Evesham and surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

Holding the P403 and P404 certificate or the equivalent RSPH is essential.
Experience in the role of site analyst within the asbestos industry.
Fully conversant with asbestos Health & Safety legislation.
Possess good communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.

Key Role:

Undertaking asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearances and re-occupation and personal air testing.
Supervising contractors on site ensuring they adhere to asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
Build and maintain a good working relationship with clients.
Collating and producing comprehensive reports.

Overall, the successful applicant will be a strong team player with a positive work ethic.
