Due to acquiring new prestigious contracts, this UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy is actively seeking to employ a focused and committed Asbestos Site Analyst in and around the Harrogate area and will include applications from Ilkley, Wetherby, Boroughbridge, Ripon and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

Ideally, the applicant will have the P403/P404 qualifications or the equivalent RSPH qualification as a minimum and some asbestos experience.

Must be familiar the Health & Safety procedures

Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must IT literate.

Working within the asbestos industry.

Role Will Entail:

Carrying out smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearances, re-occupation and personal air testing.

Overseeing the contractors on site and ensuring that they carry out the work in accordance with the Asbestos Health and Safety legislation.

Collating and producing accurate asbestos reports.

Liaising with clients on a regular basis – building a good rapport.

Dealing with any issues effectively and appropriately.

Overall, the successful candidate will be flexible and reliable and have good work ethos and same time carry out the work effectively and within time line.
