Job Description

Our client is a well-established company with a good reputation for providing a variety of professional services to a mixed portfolio of clients and they are now looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Site Analyst to work on various contracts in and around the London area. Undertaking daily duties such as, air testing, Collecting data to produce reports and building and maintaining professional relationships with clients. Applications from Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Maidstone, Dartford and the surrounding areas will be taken into consideration.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must have attained the P403 and P404 or the equivalent RSPH certificates.
Previous experience working as an asbestos analyst within the asbestos industry.
Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fully conversant with asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
IT literate.

Key Tasks:

Carrying out asbestos smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual 4 stage clearances and re-occupation and personal air testing.
Overseeing contractors and ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health & safety and company procedures.
Collating and producing accurate asbestos reports.
Building and maintaining a good working relationship with the clients.
