Job Description

Our client are a rapidly expanding asbestos consultancy and as a result they are now hoping to recruit an experienced Asbestos Site Analyst to work on contracts in the London region. The ideal candidate will come from a strong asbestos analytical duties and will hold the P403/4 certificates with experience undertaking duties such as personal air testing and 4 stage clearance. Consideration will be given to candidates from Dartford, Croydon, Epsom, Grays and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & experience:

Must possess the P403 and P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualifications.
Previous experience within the analyst role, air-monitoring etc.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
IT literate.

Role:

Carry out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Supervise contractors on site to ensure they comply with the Health and Safety legislation in relation to asbestos.
Collate information and produce comprehensive reports.
Build and maintain a professional working relationship with the company’s portfolio of clients.
