Job Description

This well-established asbestos company provides specialist advice in asbestos and environmental related disciplines nationwide. Due to continued success they are now looking to recruit a competent and experienced Asbestos Site Analyst in London. The ideal applicant will hold the P403/4 certificates and will be experienced in carrying out analytical duties including personal air testing and 4 stage clearance. Applications will be considered from Dartford, Ilford, Bromley, Enfield and the surrounding areas.

Minimum requirements for this role:

Must possess the P403 and P404 or the equivalent RSPH certificates.
Experience in a site analyst role within the asbestos industry.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.

Main Responsibilities:

Carry out four stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Oversee contractors on site ensuring compliance with asbestos health & safety procedures.
Collate all relevant information to produce comprehensive reports.
Build and maintain a professional working relationship with the company’s clients.
