Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor.
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £34k + Training + Benefits

Asbestos Management company, now seeking to recruit a BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor. You will be covering contracts across the M1 / Yorkshire / Midlands region, working on predominantly Healthcare sites undertaking the full range of management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys, as well as reinspection survey upon completion of work. Our client can offer training into other environmental sectors, car allowance, excellent pension scheme and addition bonuses for overnight stays.

Consideration will be given to candidates across the M1 corridor and surrounding areas: Doncaster, Rotherham, Chesterfield, Worksop, Mansfield Nottingham, Beeston, Derby, Burton-upon-Trent, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Leicester, Market Harborough, Corby.

Experience & Qualifications:
” BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) is essential to the role.
” Will have experience working for a reputable Asbestos company.
” Confident in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Excellent time management skills.

The Role:
” Undertaking management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys across majority Healthcare sites.
” Sampling and bagging of ACMs ensuring to label correctly.
” Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
” Ensuring work complies with relevant HSG guidelines.
” Regularly liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice.
” Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports for clients.
