Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor.
Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k + Training + Benefits

Future Select specialise in recruitment within the Asbestos industry. We are working closely with a leading player within the Asbestos industry who are now looking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor to join their team in the Midlands region. You will be covering Commercial, Industrial, Social Housing, Healthcare and Public Sector sites, undertaking the full range of surveying services in line with HSG 264 guidelines. Experience carrying out Project Management duties would be beneficial to the role. Experience & Qualifications:
” At minimum will hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent.
” Experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
” Fully conversant with HSG 264 guidelines.
” Confident in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Will ideally have experience in Project Management duties.
The Role:
” Working across Commercial, Industrial, Social Housing, and Public Sector sites, carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
” Carrying out reinspection surveys upon completion of work.
” Correctly bagging and sampling of suspected ACMs.
” Carrying out work in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
” Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports.
” Liaising with clients professionally, producing excellent support and advice.
