Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Durham, North East.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £32k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor

Profile: Our client a UKAS accredited asbestos/environmental company who work hard to provide their clients with a high standard of asbestos works up and down the UK. Due to an increase in their workloads, they are now looking to take on a qualified and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Durham area. The ideal candidate will hold the P402 or RSPH equivalent qualification and will have extensive experience undertaking asbestos surveys on a mixed range of sites.
Applications will be considered from: Newcastle upon Tyne, South Shields, Gateshead, Morpeth, Sunderland, Ashington, Alnwick, Hartlepool, Stockton-on-Tees, Darlington, Middlesbrough.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the P402 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
” Will have extensive experience working within the Asbestos industry.
” Mist be well versed in all relevant Health & Safety legislation.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Undertaking Management, Demolition and Refurbishment surveys on a mixed range of sites.
” Using information from site to provide clients with detailed reports.
” Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
” Ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety Legislation.
