Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Dartford, South East.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor

Profile: Our client is a busy UKAS accredited Consultancy providing Asbestos Surveying, Legionella and Fire Risk Services to private clients. Due to company requirements, they are now seeking to take on a hard working and BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Dartford area. The successful Surveyor will carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys as well as sampling of ACMs and ensuring they are bagged and labelled correctly. For the right candidate, out client is also open to accepting candidates with junior, open experience within the Asbestos Industry.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have experience working for an established Asbestos Consultancy.
” Must have an industry recognised qualification e.g., BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent.
” Confidently be able to use TEAMS / TRACKER / PDA systems.
” Excellent working knowledge of relevant HSG Guidelines.
” Able to demonstrate excellent communication / organisational skills.
The Role:
” Undertaking Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys, ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant / HSG Guidelines.
” Sampling of ACMs, ensuring all samples are bagged and labelled correctly.
” Using handheld PDA system and TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed and accurate reports.
” Continuing to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
