Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant.
Location: London / M25.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £38k + Training + Benefits
Level of Experience: Asbestos Surveyor through to Asbestos Consultant.

Professional Asbestos Outfit with a good reputation for providing asbestos management services and BOHS training courses to a wide client base, are currently looking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant to work across the London / M25 region. Candidates must hold a minimum of the P402 qualifications (with further BOHS modules being desirable) and will have hands on experience undertaking asbestos surveys to Commercial, Industrial and Local Authority buildings. The client is happy to invest within the right candidate and can offer further training into the P403/4 as part of their package.

The successful candidate will be covering contracts predominately across Central / South London area, with occasion work across the surrounding counties. The client is open applications across the South East but preference would be given to those based in or around; Romford, Barking, Dagenham, Rainham, Dartford, Erith, Bexleyheath, Swanley, Sidcup, Bromley, Orpington, Croydon, Sutton, Epsom.

Experience & Qualifications:
” BOHS P402 / S301 or RSPH in surveying. (minimum)
” BOHS P403 / P404 or equivalent RSPH. (desirable)
” Experience working for UKAS accredited consultancy.
” Experience carrying out asbestos surveys to a varied client base.
” Knowledge of industry relevant systems (TEAMS / TRACKER)

The Role:
” Conducting management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on Industrial, Commercial and Local Authority sites.
” Bulk sampling of ACMs.
” Carrying out work to HSG guidelines.
” Liaising with clients in a professional manner.
” Bagging and labelling samples and sending off for analysis.
” Assisting with training of new surveyors.
” Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce reports.
