Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst
Location: Sheffield, Yorkshire
Salary/Benefits: £28k – £40k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analysts for a well-respected, UKAS Accredited outfit, due to successful growth within the business. Our client can consider candidates with experience as a Surveyor/Analyst, or singular disciplined applicants. The role would suit candidates with experience servicing Commercial and Large Industrial client contracts, who would fit into a professional and hardworking team. Benefits include extensive training and further development opportunities as well as competitive packages and salaries. Good access to the M1 and M62 would be advantageous as location of works cover the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands.

Experience / Qualifications:
– P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH equivalent) is required for the role
– Experience working as a Surveyor/Analyst within a well-established Asbestos outfit
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent client-facing manner
– Robust working knowledge of industry guidelines
– Open to travel if required

The Role:
– Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys
– Completing 4 Stage Clearances, Smoke, Background, Leak Reassurance, Visual, Re-Occupation and Personal air testing
– Compiling comprehensive reports for Clients
– Overseeing asbestos site staff, ensuring industry Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to
– Representing the company in the best light on client sites
