Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Cambridge.
Salary / Benefits £24 k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: Our client is a leading name within the Asbestos / Environmental industry, they work hard to provide their clients with a wide range of asbestos duties across educational, social housing and commercial projects. Due to increase in work load they are now looking to take on a qualified and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. The ideal candidate would hold the P402/3/4 qualification and will hold extensive experience working with in the asbestos industry working on a mixed range of contracts.
Applications will be considered from: Peterborough, Huntingdon, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Luton, High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead, Kings Lynne, Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Ipswich, Newmarket, Stowmarket.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the P402/3/4 or RSPH equivalent qualifications.
” Will have good working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety Legislations.
” Will hold extensive experience working within the asbestos industry.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Carrying out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing
” Undertaking management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys on a mixed range of sites.
” Using information from site to produce detailed reports for clients.
” Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
” Supervising contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant health and safety procedures.
