Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £23k – £35K +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: Our client is a leading name within the asbestos industry, providing the full range of asbestos duties to a range of educational, housing, commercial and retail clients up and down the UK. They are now looking to take on a hardworking and qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate will hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications and will have extensive experience working within the asbestos industry, undertaking surveys and air monitoring for a mixed client base. Consideration would also be given to candidates who hold just the P402 or P403/4.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
” Will hold good working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislations.
” Will have extensive experience working in the asbestos industry.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Undertaking management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys on a mixed range of sites.
” Carrying out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing
” Using information from site to produce detailed reports for clients.
” Supervising contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant health and safety procedures.
” Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
