Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Derby, East Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £38k + Training + Benefits

We have an industry leading Asbestos Consultancy who provide the full range of asbestos management services. They are now seeking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover contracts across the Midlands region. This role would suit a candidate who has experience carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical services across Healthcare, Local Authority, Industrial, and Commercial site bases. Due to the nature of the role, our client would consider candidates who only possess the P403 / P404 qualification. Our client can offer the successful candidate the opportunity to gain further Pcert modules, excellent holiday allowance, and company pension scheme.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Beeston, Stoke-on-Trent, Matlock, Alfreton, Nottingham, Loughborough, Leicester, Market Harborough, Corby, Coalville, Lichfield, Burton upon Trent, Tamworth, Walsall, Staffordshire, Shrewsbury, Telford, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, West Bromwich, Birmingham, Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Solihull, Ludlow.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold a combination of the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH qualifications.
” Will have hands on experience working for an established Asbestos Consultancy.
” Excellent knowledge of HSG guidelines.
” Familiar using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Will have a positive attitude.
The Role:
” Carrying out 4 stage clearances.
” Smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
” Conducting management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
” Carrying out re-inspection surveys once site work is complete.
” Carrying out onsite audits.
” Liaising with clients, providing continuous support and consultancy advice to clients.
” Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports based on site findings.
” Ensuring work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines.
