Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £38k + Training + Benefits

A new opportunity for a dual qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to work with for a continuously growing UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. You will be covering Commercial, Industrial and Educational sites, delivering full range of surveying and analytical duties to a high standard in line with relevant Health and Safety legislations. Experience & Qualifications:
” BOHS P402, P403, P404 (Essential)
” Previous / current experience working for an established Asbestos company.
” Able to demonstrate knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislations.
” Confident in using TEAMS / TRACKER.
” Professional communication skills.

The Role:
” Working across Commercial, Industrial and Construction sites undertaking management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
” 4 Stage clearances.
” Undertaking smoke, leak, background, reassurance, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
” Producing certificates of re-occupation upon completion of work.
” Carrying out visual inspections
” Using information from site and TEAMS / TRACKER to produce detailed reports.
” Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant Health and Safety legislations.
