Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Slough, Berkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k + Training + Benefits

Industry leading Asbestos Management Consultancy, working across Commercial, Educational and Social Housing site bases. Due to business needs, they are now looking to recruit a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover contracts across West London and the M25. You will be skilled in management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys alongside the carrying out the full range of analytical duties. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Windsor, Bracknell, Working, Guildford, Reigate, Epsom, Croydon, Maidstone, Chatham, Gillingham, Dartford, Gravesend, High Wycombe, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, Aylesbury, St Albans.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will possess the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
” Working for an established Asbestos company would be beneficial to the role.
” Able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety guidelines.
” Will have a keen eye for detail and will be able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.

Covering a mixed portfolio of sites carrying out the full range of surveying / analytical services including:
” Full range of analytical duties e.g., 4 stage clearance, smoke, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
” Visual re-inspection upon completion of works.
” Management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys.
” Producing re-occupation certificates to clients.
” Using TEAMS / TRACKER to produce detailed reports for clients.
” Assisting in training and providing support for trainees on site.
” Ensuring all work is carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety legislations.
