A leading asbestos consultancy whose core values lies in providing professional and practical solutions to clients nationwide is urgently seeking for a high calibre and multi-skilled Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to work on various contracts in or around the Bristol area and will include applications from Gloucester, Bath, Swindon, and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

Ideally, the individual must possess the P402/P403/P404 certificates or the equivalent – RSPH qualification and at the same time must have a proven track record working with this role that is asbestos surveying and air-monitoring and within the asbestos sector.

Must be well versed with the Health & Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.

Must be competent in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Key Role Will Encompass:

Carrying out Asbestos Management, Demolition/Refurbishment surveys on commercial and industrial properties.

Carrying out background, leak, reassurance, 4 stage clearances, re-occupation, visual and personal air testing.

Collating and producing accurate reports as and when required.

Supervising asbestos contractors on site carrying out removal work and ensuring that they comply with the Health & Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.

Developing and maintaining a good working relationship with clients.

Attributes/Requirements:

The successful post-holder will be flexible, focused and have good work ethic and at the same time have the ability to carry out the work effectively and within time line.

Must be prepared to travel to sites designated by the client.
