Job Description

Our client, an established name within the asbestos industry is currently looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst for a variety of contracts in the Chelmsford. Consideration will be given to applications from London, Essex, Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must possess the P402/P403/P404 or the equivalent RSPH certificate.
Previous experience of asbestos surveying and air-monitoring within the asbestos arena.
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Must be well -versed with asbestos Health and Safety legislation.

Role:

Carrying out asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual 4 stage clearance and re-occupation and personal air-testing.
Overseeing asbestos contractors on site and ensuring that they adhere to asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Asbestos Management and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various buildings including commercial and industrial.
Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
Building and maintaining a good relationship with clients.
