Job Description

Our successful client currently has an opportunity for an experienced and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their team based in and around the Croydon area. The ideal candidate will be experienced in carrying out both asbestos surveying and analytical duties on a range of site and contract types. Applications from Bromley, Epsom, Dartford, Twickenham and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

Holding the P402/P403/P404 certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience in surveying, air-monitoring/air-testing within the asbestos industry.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fully conversant with asbestos Health & Safety procedures/legislation.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Key Role:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties including commercial and industrial.
Supervising contractors on site ensuring they carry out the work in accordance with asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
Collating and writing accurate, comprehensive reports.
Building and maintaining a good working relationship with the company’s portfolio of clients.
