Job Description

Our client is a UKAS accredited asbestos company who provide a wide range of professional services to clients nationwide and now they are looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst for a variety of contracts in and around the East Midlands region. Applications from Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

The individual must hold the P402/P403/P404 or the equivalent – RSPH qualification.
Previous experience working as a surveyor/analyst.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Will be well versed with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Key Role:

Asbestos Management, Demolition/Refurbishment surveys on a variety of properties including commercial and industrial.
Carrying out background, leak, reassurance, 4 stage clearances, re-occupation, visual and personal air testing.
Collate & produce accurate, comprehensive reports.
Supervising asbestos contractors on site ensuring that they carry out the work in accordance with the relevant Health and Safety procedures.
Developing and maintaining a good relationship with clients.
