Job Description

Our client specialises in asbestos management solutions nationwide and due to recent expansion they now urgently need to recruit an experienced and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to cover a wide range of contracts in and around the Doncaster area. The ideal applicant will come from a strong asbestos background with experience carrying out both asbestos surveying and analytical duties on a varied site base. Applications from Sheffield, Wakefield, Selby, Barnsley and the surrounding areas will be considered

Qualifications & Experience:

Applicants must have the P402/P403/P404 certificates or equivalent RSPH qualification.
A good working knowledge of asbestos surveying and air-testing/air-monitoring.
Excellent communication skills.
Competent with Microsoft office package.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Carry out Management/Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including commercial and industrial.
Undertake asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Supervise contractors on site to ensure compliance with asbestos health and safety procedures.
Collate and produce comprehensive asbestos reports.
Maintain a strong working relationship with large portfolio of clients.
