Job Description

Our client are a UKAS accredited asbestos company that provide a broad range of services nationwide and they are currently looking to recruit an experienced and hardworking Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst for a variety of contracts in the South East region. Consideration will be given to applications from Essex, London, Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

Holding the P402/P403/P404 certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Previous experience working as a surveyor/analyst within the asbestos industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Key Role:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties including commercial and industrial.
Supervising contractors on site ensuring that they carry out the work in accordance with asbestos Health and Safety legislation.
Collating and writing accurate reports.
Building and maintaining a good relationship with the company’s portfolio of clients.
