Job Description

Our client currently has an opportunity for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their very busy work force in and around the London area. Undertaking daily tasks such as producing reports, carrying out asbestos stage 4 clearances, and personal air testing. Applications from Basildon, Ashford, Maidstone, and the surrounding areas will be taken into consideration.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must hold the P402/P403/P404 certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience in surveying and air-monitoring/air-testing within the asbestos industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.
A good working knowledge of asbestos health & safety procedures.

Role:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Undertake Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties which will include commercial and industrial.
Supervising contractors on site ensuring compliance with asbestos health and safety procedures.
Collating and producing reports.
Building and maintaining a professional working relationship with the company’s portfolio of clients.
