Our client a well-established and prosperous asbestos consultancy who deliver a high-quality range of services to clients throughout the UK. They are currently in need of an experienced, reliable and multi-skilled Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their established team in the Luton area. The ideal candidate will hold the P402/3/4 asbestos certificates and will be experienced in carrying out asbestos surveying and analytical duties on a varied site base. Applications will be considered from St. Albans, Dunstable Stevenage, Aylesbury and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must hold the P402/P403/P404 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience working as a surveyor/analyst within the asbestos industry.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Proficient IT skills including competency using MS Office.
A good working knowledge of asbestos Health and Safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual 4 stage clearance, re-occupation and personal air-testing.
Supervising contractors on site to ensure they adhere to the relevant asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Management and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various building, including commercial and industrial.
Collating and producing asbestos reports.
Building and maintaining a professional working relationship with the company’s clients.
