Our client are a well-established company, who, due to continued success are currently looking to recruit an experienced, competent Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their busy team in the London area. Consideration will be given to applications from Hertfordshire, Essex, East Anglia and the surrounding areas.
Qualifications & Experience:
The individual must have attained the P402/P403/P404 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Previous experience as a surveyor/analyst in the asbestos industry.
Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Be fully conversant with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Must be competent in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties including commercial and industrial.
Overseeing asbestos contractors on site ensuring that they comply with the asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
Build and maintain a good working relationship with the company’s large portfolio of clients.
Overall, the successful candidate will be an enthusiastic all-rounder with a positive attitude.
