Job Description

Our client has recently acquired a number of new contracts and to cope with their expanding workload they need to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to cover a range of contracts in the Norwich area. Consideration will be given to applications from The ideal applicant will come from a strong asbestos background and will be experienced in carrying out asbestos surveys and analytical duties. Attleborough, Swaffham, Great Yarmouth, North Walsham, and the surrounding areas. The company will also consider Asbestos Surveyors who want to work towards their P403/P404.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must hold the P402/P403/P404 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience in this role within the asbestos industry.
A good working knowledge of the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Must be IT literate.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Duties within the role:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Undertake Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including commercial and industrial.
Supervising contractors on site to ensure compliance with asbestos health and safety procedures.
Producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
Build and maintain a professional working relationship with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.
